Exercise and Food Allergies
Exercise is important for everyone, but for those with food allergies it can be extra helpful.
It seems that regular exercise can help people with food allergies significantly by making their immune systems stronger.
I can say that my son has become more fit than ever, and I believe that this has helped him
have lower reactions to corn, although I can't prove it.
This has inspired me to become more active as well. I have been walking more and after going through
many different workout videos, I've found one that is very good. This pilates video has given me excellent results so
far so I thought I'd share it.
I've also tried biking and swimming, but I must say that my best results come from pilates, then walking daily.
